Founder and CEO of Quest Show Services, John brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the live event and production industry. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business Law and Audio Engineering from Full Sail University and began his career touring as an audio engineer, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of live production. Driven by a passion for excellence and a deep understanding of the industry, he launched Quest Audio LLC, now Quest Show Services, supplying skilled operators and technicians for events of all scales. Known for his commitment to client relationships, he prioritizes collaboration and responsiveness, ensuring each event delivers a seamless and memorable guest experience.

With over 20 years of experience building and growing brands for major retailers such as Target, Kohl’s, Walmart, Macy’s, and JCPenney, Megan brings deep industry insight and a strategic mindset to every project. After a successful career in the apparel industry, she transitioned to join her husband, and his businesses, in overseeing operations, combining her leadership skills with a passion for collaboration and efficiency. Known for her clear communication and ability to lead high-performing teams, she excels at streamlining complex processes and ensuring a seamless experience across every aspect of the business.

Born in Ohio and raised in Texas, Michael is an audio professional with a strong foundation in recording arts and live sound. He studied Recording Arts & Audio Production in Southern California, earning certifications in Concert Sound Reinforcement, Music Technology, and Audio Equipment Maintenance. During his final year, he was recognized with a state award for “Best Audio Works” and graduated with honors. Michael began his career at Encore Global, where he held various leadership positions across multiple locations over nearly 17 years. He ultimately served as the Divisional Workforce Manager for Texas and the Gulf Coast. Michael has a strong work ethic accompanied by a “get it done” attitude grounded by a hospitality mindset, focusing on customer services and satisfaction. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife (Cristin) and son (Wesley), writing and playing music, and being outdoors.

Amy Griggs serves as Senior Labor Coordinator at Quest Show Services, where she facilitates the seamless execution of live events. Leveraging her hands-on experience in hospitality and corporate freelancing, Amy carefully vets and matches operators to shows, clearly communicates client expectations to technicians, and partners with clients to manage labor costs effectively. Driven by a passion for both operational efficiency and exceptional client service, Amy is committed to making every event memorable—for all the right reasons. Outside of work, Amy enjoys fine dining, yoga and spending time with her family.

Brian began his journey into the AV industry with a deep passion for sound and visuals, which naturally led him to a career in event production. He built his foundation managing AV operations in hotels, where he coordinated teams and delivered high-level support for a wide range of events and clients. Now, as a Labor Coordinator, he is driven by the challenge of organizing the right crews, maximizing efficiency, and making sure every show is set up for success before the first piece of gear is even touched. He thrives in fast-paced environments where clear communication and logistics are key to flawless execution. When he’s not fine-tuning a soundboard or rigging up some lighting, you’ll find him deep into extreme car audio builds—or behind the grill barbecuing and hosting friends and family.
